My heating unit went out on the coldest day of Charlotte. I called several companies and got placed on hold for several minutes and very expensive service rates. I was getting very discouraged until I called Andy Lewis Heating and Air company. They were very compasssionate towards my desire to repair the job quickly. When I explained that I have a young son in my house. He had the job completed within an hour. In addition, he didnt charge me all the additional service fees like the other big companies. I was proud to support this family owned and operated business. I am planning on getting a annual service contract because I sincerely trust their level of integrity.
